Privacy policy.
The shop keeps the least it can, for as long as a receipt has to be honoured.
What this website collects
Nothing. There is no account to create, no basket, no newsletter form and no advertising or analytics tracker on these pages. You can read the whole site without telling us anything about yourself.
What the shop collects at the counter
When a sale is rung up, the shop may record a name and a phone number against it. That is what makes it possible to find the bill again later — for an exchange, a repair, or a query about a payment.
Sales themselves are recorded in full, because a business is required to keep its books.
Payments
Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay. Card numbers are never seen or stored by the shop’s systems — the payment is handled entirely by the provider, and what comes back is a confirmation and a reference.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Customer details are not sold, rented, or shared for marketing — not with anyone, and not in aggregate. They are seen by the shop’s own staff and by the payment provider handling a payment, and by nobody else outside a legal obligation to produce them.
How it is kept
Records are held in an access-controlled database, encrypted in transit, reachable only by staff accounts that have been individually allowed. Staff access is removed when someone leaves.
Your rights
You can ask what the shop holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Deletion is subject to what has to be kept for accounting — the sale itself stays on the books, but the personal details attached to it need not.
Ask by calling +91 6262888867, or use any of the routes on the contact page. We will come back to you within 30 days.
