Pieces are bought at the counter. Where a customer cannot get to the shop, delivery is arranged directly with us.
Buying in store
This site lists the range; it does not take orders. Everything is bought in person, and you take the piece with you the same day.
Delivery, when it is arranged
- Ask us for a piece by phone or on Instagram and we will confirm what it is, what it costs, and what the courier will cost to your address before anything is paid.
- Dispatch is by courier, within India.
- Delivery usually takes seven to fourteen working days depending on where you are. A tracking number is shared once the parcel is handed over.
- Nothing is dispatched until payment has been confirmed. The piece is held for you in the meantime.
If a parcel is delayed or arrives damaged
Once a parcel is with the courier its progress is theirs, but chasing it is ours — call the shop with the tracking number and we will follow it up. A piece that arrives damaged is covered by the returns policy: tell us within 48 hours, with photographs.
